Deposit / Initial placement fee (a portion of your recruitment fee) is due when you’re ready to partner and begin recruiting.
Remaining placement fee is due when you choose your hire (upon placement).
You pay the hired remote professional directly (their salary is separate from our placement fee). During our first call, we’ll discuss your desired budget and compensation range, and we’ll only source and vet candidates who fit within that budget.
We don’t charge monthly retainers. The only time you pay again is if you need to hire another role.
